This is an observational documentary music video of a street performance of Josh Dolphin. The video was creating during the preliminary phase of creating the Between Two Piers project.
I have extended this project by creating a 'moving image gallery' to accompany the piece. Taking inspiration from the musical performance itself, which is constructed from recorded loops, the gallery is a re-visualisation of the same recorded performance, looping moments of the audience members.
The gallery is intended to allow the viewer to become more deeply immersed in the listening experience, while still providing a visual context for the atmosphere of the performance.
